Move My manager evaluation Load more items from bottom to top

Hello,
Do you know how to move the "Load More Items" link from the bottom of the My manager evaluation page to the upper part? I know that there is an ER opened in order to have more reports visible in the my team page (Bug 20480928 : ENHANCE MY MANAGER EVALUATIONS FOR LARGE NUMBERS OF DIRECTS). So, I want that the user can see immediately that the list of report is not only the one that can see in the page (in fact there are other report clicking on "Load More Items" ). I tried to do the customization but I cannot find
