Hi everyone -

We have a requirement wherein Managers should be able to select candidates outside of their supervisor hierarchy (ex. Peer) to be assigned to their created succession plan.  Currently this is not available but can be done by an HR role.  Is there a way for supervisors with manager self-service access to see the whole list of candidates? and assign to their succession plans?
