Organization goal plan for CEO

Content

Hi

My client has a organization hierarchy with three layers. The top layer is the Execuitve layer. The second layer is Department Line Managers. The third layer is workers.

The Hr head wants the organization goal plan to be assigned to the ceo of the company. Then, the CEO of the company has to cascade the goals to the Department Line Managers. Once the line Managers for different departments recieve the org goals, then they have to create and align their own goals with the org goals.

The Department Manager then create department level goals and assigns and publishes them to their workers. Once they are available to workers, then workers create their own goals and align them to department goals.

Howdy, Stranger!
