Deleting a HR Mass Assigned Goal for a Group of People (Not for all)
I was wondering if we could get a second opinion on whether we can delete a HR goal which has already been assigned within a performance document.
Just some background- We launched 2 performance documents globally with a HR goal assigned. From these employees there are 163 employees that the goal should not have gone to.
Oracle support have given me the work around of deleting the performance documents for those particular employees and creating a new one without the HR goal however this will not work for us.
The other option I can see is to amend the goal for those particular employees within goal management.
