Hi

We are using Matrix manager as one of the participant to provide feedback. So, one of the performance roles we added is a matrix manager.

 

However once the Performance document is created and Manager begins the participant feedback task than the Manager does not find any person name to select as a matric manager. Pleasee see the sccreen shot.

 

Please let me know if how the system identifies a person as a matrix manager since it is not giving me anybody to be chosen as a matrix manager.
