Can you set it so only internal candidates can view/apply on the Internal Career Center?

Hi,

We have created an Internal Career Center.

Is there a way to make it so only internal candidates can apply?  Can you make it so only candidates with a @companyname.com email address can log in?

Just wondering how others have configured their internal career center.
