Dear All, Since beginning of this week, all our employees/managers are not receiving the email notification when the performance document submitted by employee/manager. Same issue when new goal created by employee/manager. No issue for other modules.
There is no Talent notification change in the setup and everything looks good, also the notification is available in the fusion application bell icon whereas employees/managers are not receiving the email notification.
There is no issue in the outlook as we are receiving the other emails from the Fusion system about few process. Is there something could have changed in the Oracle server level, anyway we already raised an Sr with Oracle but would like to know whether any other people also faced similar situation and know the root cause of the issue. Also, if oracle bounces the server, will all the notifications which got struck will flow back again?
