Hi,

We have a customer requirement:

All employees will be qualitatively evaluated (by competencies) once a year or two, considering their self-assessment and the evaluations of their areas (Supervisor, Pairs and Collaborators); for which it will always be evaluated as follows:

a) self-evaluation worker.

b) By your immediate Supervisor.

c) Employees who don't supervise: They will select three (3) Peer Evaluators.

d) Line Manager with more than one employee: Two (2) Collaborators and two (2) Peer Evaluators will be selected.

e) Line Manager with one (1) Collaborator: Select the Collaborator and two (2) Peer Evaluators.
