We have a customer requirement:
The current skill rating scale used is of 4 levels, where each expected behavior is individually valued from 1 to 4.
1. Never demonstrate this behavior (NC)
2. Sometimes it shows this behavior, requiring improvement (NM)
3. Frequently shows this behavior in a satisfactory manner (C)
4. Always shows this behavior exceptionally (S)
Skills qualification scale.
Regarding the ranges of the scoring scale, with which the results are quantified according to the weights of the competences, and the final scores are obtained with which the evaluated in the Final Rating Scale (Overall Summary) is located, the final grade maintaining the 4 qualification levels for the qualitative aspects, distributing the general final score in 5 categories, according to the following percentage distribution:
