Hi,

My client is a public sector company and is bound by Collective agreements and bargaining unit decisions. The requirement is to have a performance document approval in place where if the Worker is part of the Union, thanthe Manager evaluating the worker cannot be part of any Union.

 

We have all the Workers( Individual Contributors) who are part of unions. In the Manager group, we have some 20 % who are part fo the union and rest or not. 

The level above the Manager, are all Directors and department heads and do not belong to any unions.
