Annual Salary Cost Issues in Europe

Summary

Annual Salary Cost Issues in Europe

Content

For our European and Asian countries, we only keep the base annual salary in Fusion. However this becomes difficult when trying to calculate overall cost info for our company. We don't use Fusion payroll.

What do you do for those of you that are a global company? Where do you track this info in Fusion? For example, for France we only keep the base salaary data in Fusion because this is how bonus programs and merit increases are calculated. However, we are looking for a place to track overall employee cost which includes benefits, social costs, wage taxes, bonuses, etc.
