How to identify a rule that caused a Requisition to be rejected

Content

Did you know:

View Document History on a Requisition can show you the specific rule/s that caused the requisition to be rejected. This is helpful when the the requisition is auto-rejected.

Navigate to Manage Requisitions > View Document History (upon selecting the specific requisition)

Click the hyperlink on Action Performed > Submit requisition

Towards the end of the page, you see a map of the approval stages and task action details

The rejected action is marked with an X. Simply hover over that box.

The rule that caused the rejection should be visible

Howdy, Stranger!
