Not All Positions Show When Candidate Uses Keyword Search

Hi - 

We have multiple Engineer positions posted using the Career Center.

When I did a keyword search using engineer on our career page (external), only one position was listed.

Any ideas/thoughts on why it would not return all positions using a keyword to search by?

These positions are not listed just as "enigneer"....they will include .Net, Software, ete. within the titles.
