Hi

I'm trying to set up an alert on a custom report to fire if the incident thread contains "customer data". I'm using the filter incidents.search_thread like %customer data% but it's not finding any incidents when I know there are some.

It's working if there's not a space, for example incidents.search_thread like %bitcoin%

Is there a limitation that means you can't use the 'like' operator to search for strings with spaces? If so, does anyone have any tips how I can get around this some other way please?

Thanks in advance
