Hi,

We have a requirement:

Validate if there is a possibility that the scores of the Self-evaluation and the evaluation of the participants have weight.

Only the qualification of the supervisor is what determines the evaluation of the employee: Weights:

•       Manager Evaluation of Worker              1.4

•       Participant Feedback                           0.7

•       Worker Self-Evaluation                         0.5

Any similar case?.

Best Regards,

Mirtha.
