Copying mid-year Goal ratings/comments into year-end Performance Summary

We are looking for a way to copy the goal ratings and comments entered in the mid-year performance cycle into the year-end cycle.

Does anyone know if there is a way to copy goal comments and ratings that were entered in a Performance Document into another Performance Document?  We ran a mid-year Performance cycle in June 2018 and any goals entered into the system between 1/1/18 - 6/30/18 were included in that cycle (and were given ratings and comments).  We now are getting ready for the 2018 Annual Performance cycle which will cover the period of 1/1/18 - 12/31/18, so many of the same goals will pull into that cycle.  Since the goals were already rated and received comments in the mid-year cycle,
