Added link in questionnaire but not opening in different tab.

Hi Team, 

We created questionnaire and added the link. That link is not opening in different tab and when employee click on link it gets kicked out of Oracle feedback questionnaire page . They would have to log back in and find the Questionnaire page again. There should be option for link to open in different tab. Please need a solution on this. I am attaching screenshot for reference. 

login as HR SPEC > Workforce Structure > Performance > Task Manage Questionnaire.
