SummaryCan we track historical changes in goal management?
Hi all - we are new to the Performance Management tool and have some questions that I would love some assistance. It's my understanding that when an employee enters in goal information, that the manager can also go in and add comments to that goal, however there is no tracking of what the previous comments were or when they were changed, it only displays the current/live information and the last change. Is this something that is configurable to change or is there a possibility to report on the history? Also, is it possible to limit the access to who can make any changes in an employee's goals - for example employee only?
