HTML in Employees Goals for Managers

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone has come across html appearing for managers when they're viewing their employee goals?

We have moved across to 18B so I have to admit I think this is one of the funky things that have happened and we can't seem to replicate this across users.

This was seen in Chrome, however doesn't appear in Internet Explorer, is it worth raising an SR for this? or has anyone come across any workarounds?
