18B UI changes - can they be reverted?

Hello,

We just received 18B on our test POD's this week.  Since some UI changes were automatically applied, I'm assuming we cannot revert them, but thought we'd do a quick post here just to see if anyone knew for certain.  I know there is a system level profile option to revert back to classic UI, but we do not want to do that at the site level.

An example change we'd prefer not to have - where there were once 'vertical' tabs on the Performance home page, there are now named links.  The tabs took up much less real estate and the 'links' have no highlights to immediately identify to the user which link/tab they are currently on. (see screenshot attached)
