Unable to acess functionality "Loaders Activities"

Hi all,

For mass upload of Activities I want to make use -again- of the "Loaders Activities" functionality. I did use that functionality before (beginning of this year 2018). But I am not able to access this page in the application anymore: whenever I hit the link in the dropdown Dispatch>Loaders Activities the page does not sow anything other than a white page.

Please let me know what I could be missing out in the implementation what prevents me from using this upload functionality.
