After goal assignment to talent pool, goals won't be inherited by new members

Hi everyone,

we have noticed that, after creating a talent pool and having assigned some goals to the whole pool, the goals won't be automatically inherited by the new members being added after goal assignment.

Is there a config we're missing or is it supposed to act this way? Should we go ahead and manually assign the goals?
