How to track employees no more eligible for a goal plan

Hello,

I need a way to track if an employee is no more eligible for a goal plan. Do you know if there is a standard functionality? This is an example: The employees that are eligible for a goal plan are the ones with the jobA. The employee MrX at first is eligible for the goal plan but after 1 month he is no more eligible. Is there a functionality where the system highlights this? Do you know if the system disassociates automatically the goal plan from the employee no more eligible?

Many thanks

Valeria
