Dear All, We are planning to give provision to the employees to give feedback on the competencies defined for the manager like leadership skills, supportive, transparent etc.. ,
It would be good to give the feedback by the each reportees in the manager performance document, may be one dedicated section defined for the same.
Did any entity come across similar situation? Any idea like how we can implement the same in performance management.
