We currently use Predictive Index (PI) as part of Oracle's preferred partners as an assessment that candidates take at the end of the application. When we integrated initially, they installed templates for emailing to candidates who failed to take the assessment with instructions for logging back in and re-taking the assessment and works for the EWS. However, this doesn't seem to be a capability on the CWS. This is well above my technical capability and I have worked with both my integration partner and with PI to get this fixed.
