Dashboard Report showing no data

Hello,

When there is no incident on specific dates, nothing is shown on report. It should at least show report with empty data. My other reports at least show empty chart even if there's no incident. But only one report displays nothing (Chart/tabular report). See screenshot attached and kindly suggest what I am missing. I have also attached report screenshot with data.
