I am new on Commerce Cloud. I would like to know how to integrate a communication component (like a CTI) in the Agent web console.
Is there a specific API for that and where could I find some documentation ?
Which events are posted by the Agent UI ?
The communication component should be able to communicate with the Agent UI and with service/engagement cloud, it uses postEvents (to provide the agent status change, start/end of call, ...). Where could I find the documentation on that if any ?
