Hello,

I am not a huge plain text fan. I typically code out all our onboarding emails, as our onboarding is unique in nature for our company within our industry. Bc of this, I have created easy and extremely customized emails utilizing html and css under candidates email templates. Previously, I had no issue with deliverability. Gmail has rolled out some updates recently, and one particularly important email seems to go to spam all the time. I have ran the code through multiple litmus tests online and receive good to above average scores.
