Hi,
We are looking to implement Quarterly Check-ins in fusion performance (No more annual appraisal process with ratings.) Employee Goals are currently managed in Goals module and we have a performance document for peer feedback currently set up (manage participant feedback).
I was thinking of setting up questionnaires for employee and manager to add their comments to as part of their quarterly check-in assessment and feedback.
I’m wondering how to set up Check-in questionnaires within the system for employees and managers as I believe I cannot use manage participant feedback for this. I read through few previous posts but any ideas/suggestions/best practices on what would work from a system set up or process set up will be helpful to know. Thank You
