I remember a OOO reporting called Answer Effectiveness being available in Rightnow, however, I can't seem to find it in OKA.  I'm looking for a simple report that can tell me the effectiveness of our content by giving me a view of how many times it was viewed, rated on and % of Yes/(Yes+No).  

Can someone point me to the definition for me to create the report?
