Hi!  We have a requirement to not share the performance rating with the employee until the compensation process is finalized as well.  Meaning, that we cannot share the performance document with the employee until after that compensation meeting.  So, the performance rating will need to be pulled into the compensation process but I am not clear on how this is done.  Our current task flow is attached.  We do not have a review meeting task in the setup.  At what point can compensation pull in the rating?
