Calendar invite is not showing properly in Outlook

Any experienced this lately, when I Recruiter sent a calendar invite to interviewer , it is not showing like a calendar invite anymore in OUTLOOK, instead it looks like an ordinary mail with an attachment, and people are replying where is the invite?. Earlier it does look like a calendar invite and you open it and accept it. for your reference I am sharing the screen shot.
