Hi, I want to know return values of Performance Rating Calculation type fast formula.

Right now I could able to return calculated rating value(L_Return_value) but I also want to return rating description value(L_return_rating  ) from fast formulas as below 

L_Return_value = 2.3

L_return_rating  = ‘ Achieved Expectation’

How can I find associated return values of fast formulas via query or other way for - Performance Rating Calculation.

Any suggestion or help is highly appreciated!
