Report on incidents solved by the original assigned agent

We require a report that provides a count of incidents solved by an agent that were not reassigned before being marked as solved


We are able to report on the count of incidents solved by an agent but are having a hard time determining a count of incidents that were solved but have not been reassigned.

Column 1 accounts.full_name

Column 2 count(distinct if(transactions.trans_type= 6 & transactions.id1 = 2, 1))
