Searching for jobs on Career Center

We have been having some issues with searching for jobs on our Career Center page.  Partial keywords from Title or Description are put into the Search tool bar and the results that come back are completely different (including a completely different department all together).  Does anyone else have this issue with their Career Center?  Is this Taleo-related or Career Website-related?
