Candidate Application Fields - can they be edited?

Hello,

Can the candidate application fields be edited, we can see the blocks of information included in a candidate application workflow but no way to edit the fields. (see document for screenshots)

 

Issues..

Personal Information

- how do we add Known As/Preferred Name

- Title drop down options do not match does on Person Management in HCM

 

Experience

- lots of HR related fields such as job type, function, family, would a candidate really know this/have the time to complete these, can we hide them?

 

Education

- degree is mandatory - what if the candidate does not have a degree?

- lots of fields, learning on american terminology, major / minor, expressions not used so much in the UK - can we rename/hide?
