System Email Templates - Can You Automatically CC/BCC Others?

For System Email Templates, are you able to CC/BCC others automatically on the emails that are sent to candidates?

We have a couple of emails where this would be helpful so if the candidate responds to an email...the recruiter/hm/etc. receives that email right then.

The way it's set up now, replies to these emails are sent to our careers@company mailbox

Thoughts/ideas?
