Work Zone Shapes

how workzone shape works and their costing

We have around 100+ workzones across US and Canada. Each workzone will have dozens of zip codes. Our workzones key is zipcode.

Now I have few basic questions regarding workzone which i could not find searching online:

  • Do i need to upload a separate shape for each workszone
  • Which tool is best to create shape files and steps or documentation available? If there is a video showing how to create and upload the file will be a great help.
  • Is Oracle charging for shape files?
  • Is there any relationship between work zone zipcodes and work zone shape file? I mean, if I do not mention any zip code in the workzone even then shape will work right?
