How to handle the same absence type name in time categories

Hi,

Absence for a client is being integrated in time card. Currently the same absence type name, say Annual Leave, is being used in several countries (i.e. AU, GB, etc.) Time entry validation rules would be configured. When time category is created, all the Annual Leave are displayed as values in Absence Management type. When one is selected, it always points to the first value (i.e. AU) even if you choose the other values. Is there any way we could identify the country specific absence type we want to select without renaming the absence type?
