Can you limit the "My Dashboard" view of interviews to specific users?

Hi,

I wanted to add an interview list to "My Dashboard" for Hiring Mangers, but based on the selections, it does not look like I can narrow it down to user so they only can view what they have.

Any suggestions on how to do this?
