What should be the document period for performance template type "Anytime"
Content
Hi All,
Just trying to understand the behavior of performance template type "Anytime". Obviously, the expectation is HR or Managers can use this type of template anytime without associating any time bound. However, problem is when I am trying to configure this "Anytime" template and navigate to "Document Period" tab, system is still asking me to associate "Document Type" and "Review Period".
Now I do not understand why do we need to associate review period. Let's say even if we have to attach one, what should be the normal period? Can we give review period of 10 years.
Thanks,
Avinash
