Opportunity Snapshot report

Hi,

I've built a BI report using the subject are Sales - CRM Historical Pipeline for opportunity snapshot. The report is working fine as expected but, the snapshot data (rows) are repeated as per the snapshot date which we would like to hide. Is it possible to show the rows only if there is a difference (changes made on the opportunity)? pls refer to the attached snapshot.
