Changes in Performance Document Template is not effective
Summary
I made changes in Performance Document Template during the End Year Review. Which is not effective for employees who already started the Self Evaluation. How to overcome this ?Content
- Initially, We had the Performance Document Template setup with "Optional with Warning" for item ratings, item comments, overall ratings and overall comments for all template sections.
- Some of the employees already started the self evaluation and status were in progress.
- In between, our business requested to make all the ratings and comments are mandatory for submitting the performance document from both employee as well as manager.
- So I made changes in the Performance Document Template setup as "Required".
