Changes in Performance Document Template is not effective
SummaryI made changes in Performance Document Template during the End Year Review. Which is not effective for employees who already started the Self Evaluation. How to overcome this ?
- Initially, We had the Performance Document Template setup with "Optional with Warning" for item ratings, item comments, overall ratings and overall comments for all template sections.
- Some of the employees already started the self evaluation and status were in progress.
- In between, our business requested to make all the ratings and comments are mandatory for submitting the performance document from both employee as well as manager.
- So I made changes in the Performance Document Template setup as "Required".
