Requirement for uploading rating NA directly in performacne

Hi All,

We have a requirement where client want to give rating NA to the new hires, is there any option to upload rating 8 into the performance module without manager intervention, so that it go directly to the compensation?

I believe it is not possible, manager has to do it bypass task and need to give rating NA in overall summary. But still checking if there is any solution for this

Do you guys creating different template for new hires ?
