Hide PROFICIENCY LEVEL SUMMARY and PERFORMANCE RATING SUMMARY from objective/competency popups

Hi, we don't seem to be able to hide PROFICIENCY LEVEL SUMMARY and PERFORMANCE RATING SUMMARY from the objective/competency popup and also from the participant's comments popup.

Please find attached the screenshots.
