Hi,

In my performance document, we are evaluating the position competencies. I have loaded the competencies against all positions. Post implementation, client wants these competencies to be automatically assigned to new qualifying positions based on levels.

Is ther a way how this process can be automated where the competencies are automaticcally loaded to new positions based on some conditions.
