Hi

My client has a requirement where if a worker and the manager belong to the same union, then the manager cannot evaluate the worker and the worker has to be evaluated by a level above the in the Manager hierarchy. Is there a way , the performance document can go to a higher manager above the current Line Manager.

If i use the Approval process flow with a condition than how does that process work.

Please Advise.
