Customer has a requirement of holding a license number and license expiration date in customer ship to site ,so when the site's license is expired the orders should go on hold automatically and when the dates are renewed ,the hold should be released automatically,I understand automatic hold is still not available in Rel 13 18C ,so thinking of using Pause,but how pause can look for DFF attribute or EFF attribute in customer site level and then introduce an automatic hold and release later again.
