Performance or Goals are not Visible to Line Manager

Line Managers are not able to see Goals and Performance menu under My Team

Hello Team,

Did any one face this issue, or what I might be missing. I see him as Line Manager to the Associates but when he logs in he cannot see Goals or Performance under My Team. so he cannot see his resources goals nor he cannot evaluate them.  Please help me.
