Add a competencies section info performance document

When creating a new performance document template you have the option add various sections.

I've been advised that a section can be created and that the employee competencies can be pulled through to here.

Could anyone please provide some guidance as to how I can do this?

I've added a screenshot showing the sections already added to help show what I'm referring to.
